- You must show up 15 minutes before at the meeting point.
- You must present the printed email to board the boat.
- Children must carry a ticket to be able to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
- School groups are not allowed on the boat ride.
- The time of issuance of the tickets for the boat trip may vary. Also, if the boat for the time slot you have selected is full, you may be asked to wait for the next one.
- The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, access to a downloadable audio guide will be provided and the difference will be refunded.
