It is necessary to be around 10 minutes before at the meeting point in the case of guided tours. With tickets for free or with an audio guide, it is also recommended to arrive around 10 minutes in advance.

Can I change or cancel my tickets?

(l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as a dwelling, the transport of goods, the rental of vehicles, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
