Puntuality

It is necessary to be around 10 minutes before at the meeting point in the case of guided tours. With tickets for free or with an audio guide, it is also recommended to arrive around 10 minutes in advance.

Is the Real Alcazar wheelchair accessible?

Yes, it is accessible for wheelchairs with a specific route.

Can I change or cancel my tickets?

Some of them state that once the booking request has been made, published on the website and explicitly accepted in several steps of the purchase process, including the last one in which the acceptance of the cancellation policy is marked, neither the name, nor the date, nor the time can be changed, nor can the tickets be cancelled, so you are not entitled to any refund. (l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as a dwelling, the transport of goods, the rental of vehicles, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
