• IMPORTANT: Both visits in this combined activity will take place on the same day, which corresponds to the day selected during the booking process. The exact entry time will be indicated on each monument’s ticket and will always fall within the time window shown below:
  • Real Alcázar: 11:30–16:00
  • Cathedral: 9:30–16:00
• The Seville Cathedral is a religious site, so modest attire is required. Visitors are recommended to cover shoulders and knees and avoid sheer fabrics or low necklines. The head must remain uncovered.
• A valid passport or national ID is required, as it may be requested at some entrances to the monument.
• Don’t forget your headphones and a fully charged mobile phone. Follow the instructions on your voucher to download and use the audioguide app.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Children must have a ticket to access the monument, so make sure to include them in your booking.
• On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and to avoid overbooking, a request for availability will be made instead of an automatic confirmation. This will be indicated at the time of payment. You will receive a response within 72 hours or less informing you whether there are available spots. If the booking is made within that time frame, we will reply urgently. The amount will be temporarily held during the request to ensure sufficient funds in case availability is confirmed.
